We’ll be closed from Friday, 20th December and reopen on Monday, 6th January 2025. Merry Christmas!
I’m someone who’s always been deeply invested in helping others grow into their best selves. With a background in psychology and over six years of experience supporting people across mental health and disability services, I’ve worked alongside children, adolescents, and adults through a wide range of life situations, from learning life skills and exploring the community to navigating housing, health systems, and complex emotional challenges.
Through my work, I’ve collaborated with families, therapists, legal and health professionals, and support teams to build tailored, person-centred plans that actually help people move forward. I believe that everyone has the capacity to build a life that feels meaningful, and I’m passionate about walking alongside them to make that happen.
I’m also a big believer in the power of everyday habits and building skills, things like getting outdoors, preparing nourishing food, learning how to budget, and building social confidence. That’s why I created Purposeful Connections to support neurodiverse and autistic young adults in building the life skills, routines, and mindset they need to live more independently and with greater purpose.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me cooking, hiking or walking at the beach, playing board games with my family, playing the drums or guitar, or spending time with my wife and daughter.

Navigating life with unique challenges often requires specialised support. Mental therapy and counselling are crucial in providing NDIS participants with the tools and strategies needed to manage emotions, build resilience, and foster a positive outlook on life.
