In 2002, she delved into her passion for art at the University of Ballarat, and in 2001, she fortified her IT skills with a Certificate II from the same institution.

She possesses exceptional customer service skills, enjoys interacting with and assisting others, and relates positively to people from diverse backgrounds. Her outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, have been honed through her experiences. Prior to this, she served as a Support Worker, where she assisted clients with daily tasks and facilitated community participation. Her 10-years as an Administrator/Customer Service representative showcased her knack for handling customer interactions, managing office operations, and maintaining a professional image.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Robyn actively engages in voluntary work. Her past role as a Co-Ordinator at the Ararat Advisory & Assistance Centre demonstrates her commitment to serving her community. In her leisure time, Robyn enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, sewing, reading, and the great outdoors, showcasing her diverse interests and a well-rounded personality.
