Heidi is a committed educator and advocate for wellbeing, with over two decades of experience supporting children, families, and communities. After earning her Bachelor of Teaching (Primary) from the University of South Australia, she spent many years teaching and leading in schools and early childhood settings before moving into specialised roles in mental health, critical incident management, trauma recovery and grief education.
Throughout her career, Heidi has worked extensively in school and community settings, providing training, coaching, and wellbeing support to educators, students, and families. Her work with organisations such as Headspace Schools and Communities and MacKillop Seasons has focused on responding to grief, loss, trauma, and mental health challenges, equipping schools and communities with the tools to create safe, inclusive, and supportive environments.
