Cheyenne is a Personal Assistant with over 10 years’ experience supporting individuals across aged care, mental health and disability services. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design along with a Certificate IV in Mental Health and Individual Supports.

Cheyenne brings her own lived experience with mental health into her work, allowing her to offer understanding, empathy and genuine connection. Having navigated her own challenges she understands the importance of feeling heard, supported and respected as an individual. This experience shapes the way she supports others being guided by patience, compassion and a strong belief in recovery and personal growth.

Known for her warm, people-centred approach she is a strong advocate for the individuals she supports and ensures their needs, preferences and rights are consistently heard, respected and upheld. Throughout her career she has built positive and collaborative relationships with clients, families and colleagues. She fosters environments where people feel valued, understood and empowered.

Cheyenne is deeply committed to ongoing learning and professional development with a particular focus on expanding her knowledge of the NDIS and best-practice support strategies. Her blend of hands-on experience, client-focused support and continued education enables her to deliver reliable, thoughtful and tailored outcomes.

Outside of work, Cheyenne recharges through creativity and connection. She enjoys painting, attending live music and spending quality time with her fur family, all of which support her wellbeing and balance.
