Our small group approach fosters a supportive environment where participants can develop personal and social skills while enjoying activities tailored to their interests. Men's Social Group
A dedicated space for male NDIS participants to connect and build relationships in a comfortable, understanding environment.
Social Group
Build confidence and communication skills through guided interactions in a supportive small group setting.
Group Study
Develop concentration and learning skills in a structured environment that supports individual educational goals.
Dungeons and Dragons
(Advanced, Under 25)
Enhance creativity and teamwork through collaborative storytelling adventures that make social interaction natural.
Art & Craft
Express yourself creatively while developing fine motor skills and experiencing the satisfaction of creating.
Games
Enjoy a variety of interactive games, from card and board games to small group games, designed to encourage social interaction and critical thinking.
All activities available in-person at our location (64 High Street, Ararat, VIC, 3377) or via secure telehealth platform for those unable to attend physically. Small groups of just 4 participants ensure personalised attention and meaningful interaction.

- Cooking Group – build independence, planning, and practical daily living skills while enjoying food together.
- Gardening Group – develop responsibility, patience, and connection to nature through hands-on care and teamwork.
- Explorers Group – practice problem-solving, planning, and social interaction while exploring new places and activities.
- Art & Craft Group – engage in tactile, creative expression that builds fine motor skills, concentration, and self-confidence.
- Movie Group – explore complex ideas, empathy, and discussion skills through shared viewing and conversation.
- Music Group – strengthen focus, memory, rhythm, and self-expression while building social connections.
- Games Group – practice collaboration, problem-solving, and social communication through interactive play.
- Men’s & Women’s Social Groups – safe spaces to share experiences, build peer connections, and practice communication skills.
- Dungeons & Dragons (Advanced, Under 25) – develop creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, and confidence through structured roleplay.
- Lego & Modelling Group – build concentration, planning, and creativity in a fun, hands-on way.
- Study Group – gain focus, organisation, and peer support to build academic and personal learning capacity.
- Karaoke Group – boost self-confidence, communication, and social participation through music and performance.
- Life Skills Group – strengthen independence and capacity in areas like budgeting, planning, and everyday routines.
