Group Activities
Discover a place where you can build skills, confidence, and independence.
Ararat Wellness’s Group Activities program is designed to support NDIS participants to develop practical life skills, increase independence, and achieve meaningful outcomes in a supportive and structured environment.
Our small groups of just 4 participants ensure individualised support, allowing each person to actively build capacity in areas such as communication, emotional regulation, daily living skills, and community participation.
Every session is purposeful — transforming everyday activities into opportunities for skill development, increased confidence, and greater independence.

Ararat Wellness is now offering Group Activities focused on building skills, independence, and confidence.
Our small group approach provides a structured and supportive environment where participants can develop practical life skills, improve communication, and increase their ability to engage in everyday and community-based activities.
Each session is designed with purpose, supporting participants to build capacity in areas such as emotional regulation, decision-making, routine participation, and interpersonal skills — all aligned with individual goals and outcomes.
If you’ve experienced challenges with confidence, engagement, or trying new environments, this is an opportunity to build skills in a way that feels safe, supported, and achievable.
