Bella is a dedicated social worker with over 6 years of experience working in the Kimberley region, where she developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by remote and Indigenous communities. Her work in this region honed her skills in culturally sensitive practice, crisis intervention, and community engagement, enabling her to support individuals and families in overcoming complex social and economic challenges.
In addition to her time in the Kimberley, Bella has extensive experience working within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) at various levels. Her deep knowledge of the NDIS, paired with her commitment to advocating for participants, allows her to effectively coordinate support services and ensure individuals with disabilities receive the tailored interventions they need.
Bella’s expertise extends to Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), where her holistic and person-centred approach makes her a highly effective practitioner. Drawing on her broad experience, Bella excels at identifying the underlying causes of challenging behaviours and implementing strategies that promote positive change.
